At Pro Tan®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your competition glow. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an RMA authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
